This beautiful jewelry box is made from a single piece of figured walnut, and an eye-popping piece of curly maple. The details in both woods immediately stand out and make this box a focal point no matter where it sits. Upon removing the lid, you find two interior trays, which are both fully functional and completely removable. The upper tray rests upon the lower and easily slides to either side, allowing access to the entire lower tray without the need to remove the upper. The lid has underside resting mounts to keep it clean whenever you remove it from the box. The maple splines, in addition to their beauty, reinforce the miter joints that hold the box together. Every part of this box is made from solid wood.
